No refunds. Store credit only. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, we can not offer you a an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in it's original packaging.

You will have to contact us via email or Whatsapp to arrange to have your items for return recollected. You will be responsible for paying to have your items recollected at a cost of $5. Recollection costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your store credit should your return be approved.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 24 hours to notify you if your return has been approved. If approved, your store credit will be processed, and we will contact you via email or Whatsapp.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged.
